Mrs. Feshitan Chairperson, Board of Trustees LMO Foundation has a technocommercial background, with a BSc in Chemistry from University of Lagos, and an MBA from Pace University, New York, USA. She has led varied business projects from conception through to successful implementation, in the Gas Commercial sector of the Oil & Gas industry.
She served in various positions across the industry value chain, such as: Commercial/Governance Manager, Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), and West African Gas Pipeline Company, in Shell EP Africa (SEPA); Senior Commercial Adviser roles in Shell Petroleum Development Co. (SPDC), and Gas Aggregation Co. Nigeria (GACN), Abuja. She was Managing Director and Local Senior Downstream Rep. of the defunct Shell Nigeria Oil Products Limited (SNOP), as well as pioneer Marketing and Sales Manager of Shell Nigeria Gas Limited (SNG), the flagship Shell downstream gas distribution company in Ota, Ogun State, and Aba, Abia State.
Prior to joining Shell in 1991, she held various roles as Project Manager/Chemist at Societe General du Surveillance (SGS), National Electric Power Authority (NEPA), and NYSC at Nigerian Institute of Oceanography & Marine Research (NIOMR).
Over a career of about 23 years in Shell, Mrs Feshitan achieved the distinction of being the first female Managing Director in Shell Companies in Nigeria (SCiN), and first female on the Country Coordination Team (CCT).
She was a member of the Shell nationwide gas market survey, a member of the study team that led to formation of SNG, and eventually co-organised the ceremonial commissioning of SNG facilities by the President of Nigeria on January 2003. Post retirement in 2014, she served on the Governing Council of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, now a university.
