A lot of challenges are associated to Education in Nigeria. These include among others; inadequate funding, paucity of quality teachers, poor educational infrastructure, inadequate classroom teaching aids, poor and polluted learning environment, lack of mentoring, career development, et cetera. These challenges are compounded generally for girls and particularly, for educationally disadvantaged and indigent young Muslim girls who most live in high density areas of the society and are also exposed to a lot of social vices.
